All parts sent by us (where required) have been tested to ensure 100% working. Any repair we undertake undergoes a full inspection to ensure fully operational.
As a consumer you have a right to cancel and return parts (in original and unused condition) back to us for a replacement/ refund. Any parts that may have arrived damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 7 days of arrival.
Repairs have a 90 day warranty - Please note: This does NOT cover accidental damage.
Accessories and/ or parts:
All parts are new. Each item is inspected for any damage to ensure goods arrive you to as they should. All parts are protected on dispatch. If the part has been damaged in transit ,please contact us. We can not be held liable for parts broken during DIY repairs. Some parts are fragile and may break easily. If you are not confident in repairing your iPhone/ iPad etc, please contact us for professional repair costs. If your part or accessory fails within 90 days, please contact us.
Reporting a fault:
To report a problem/fault with your recently purchased part, please call or email us first. In some cases we may request that you are to return the part back to us for testing by our technician. We have to determine whether the fault is a manufacturing one or if a part has been accidentally damaged by the customer during installation. In this instance, accidental damage is NOT covered under our 90 day warranty.
To report a return, please call or email. On the rare (but does happen!) occasion we have sent you the wrong part, please contact us before sending as we will send you a pre-paid returns envelope and returns label.
Personalised items :-
All of our personalised cases advertised are printed to each customers order. These are bespoke items, not stock items and therefore are exempt from the refund policy, as these cannot be re-sold. Please ensure all wording is spelt correctly at time of order and also please check the model of your handset to ensure you have selected the correct case type for your tablet/phone.
