Yes! Every part or repair has a 6 month warranty period from the date the item or device has been sent. We do have a “no quibble” return or refund policy but do not cover accidental damage…for example, if you have dropped and smashed your screen!
We offer a standard delivery or express. If you need your parts the next day, select express. Any order placed before 3pm will be delivered the next working day. Our standard delivery is 2 to 3 days from order. Please note deliveries outside of the UK may take up to 5 days to receive.
For the UK, our delivery charge starts from £0.95p to a maximum of £3.75 depending on how quickly you want your goods.
Over 95% of repairs received are repaired and sent the same day. This is not guaranteed but is often the case. Once repaired, we post the device back to you using Royal Mail next day service (fully insured and tracked). Therefore, if you were to send your iPhone in on Monday afternoon, we should receive Tuesday am, repair and be back to you Wednesday am.
We need your device and pass code, return address and contact details. Please do not send your device in it’s original box as this will cause an increase in delivery charges.
No we do not need your SIM card but without it we cannot fully test your device.
Yes! We are a fully registered UK company.
Yes…in both ways. Your device is fully insured and covered by us once we receive it till the moment it is returned to you. We also take private data, passwords etc extremely seriously. We follow all UK data law guidelines and regulations.
