Formed in 2013, iPhoneFixUK has fast become one of UK’s leading parts and repair specialists. Large growth has formed mainly from our repeat customers/ referrals and a range of large companies/ organisations that use us on a monthly basis inc educational facilities and large nationwide businesses. Our goal – to offer each and every customer (however small their order is) an unbeatable service both in delivery and quality of products or repair. Our staff strive on offering the best in parts, repairs and customer service. We offer a “no quibble” 6 month warranty on any part or repair. This can be a refund or replacement…the choice is yours. We feel by offering such service, our customer base has grown immensely and without you, we wouldn’t have a business.
Unlike most of our competitors, we are shop based. Any customer can pop in and see us.
We offer a nationwide coverage for both repairs and parts, with over 90% of repairs undertaken posted in by customers from throughout the UK
Repairs: We carry out a range of strict procedures during any repair on our customers devices.
A full inspection report is carried out and logged prior to any repair.
The repair is then carried out using either OEM or genuine replacement parts direct from the factory installed by one of our professional technicians (all of which are fully “anti static” protected using special matting and leads).
Once complete the device is handed to a second member of staff who then finalizes the repair by carrying out a QC (quality control) inspection. All reports are copied, one is returned with the device to the customer, the other is stored by us.
The device is then fully packaged and dispatched (over 95% are sent back to the customer the within 2 working days – insured and trackable via Royal Mail special delivery).
Parts: All parts supplied to our customers are the exact ones we use on repairs. Either OEM or genuine replacement parts.
