iPhoneFixUK is commited to offer a complete and express repair service. When ordering your repair with iPhoneFixUK you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Sending a device to iPhoneFixUK: It is the customers responsibility to safely send the device to us (iPhoneFixUK). We recommend sending via Royal Mail special delivery (recorded). The device needs to be well protected, iPhoneFixUK do not take any responsibility in damage or loss caused when posting to us (iPhoneFixUK). The customer is liable for the delivery charge to iPhoneFixUK. Return delivery is completed by iPhoneFixUK. We cover all charges and ensure the customers device has been well packaged, recorded and insured.
Price Promise: We (iPhoneFixUK) guarantee no additional charges will be made without prior notice given to the customer. On the rare occasion additional work and/ or parts need to be carried out we will notify you of price increase. At this stage, if the customer chooses not to complete the repair, the iPhone will be returned at no cost.
Warranty: Three month warranty is based on all parts and/or labour carried out by iPhoneFixUK. We do not cover damage caused by accidental damage after iPhone has been sent to the customer.
Repairs: iPhoneFixUK do not guarantee all repairs can be done. Although our repair rate is over 95%, there are cases where the device can not be repaired. This mainly is due to water damage reasons. iPhoneFixUK can not be held responsible for any information lost on the device.
Express Service: iPhoneFixUK understand the frustration of going without your iPhone. We aim to repair all iPhones on day of delivery to us. All iPhones will then be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery. This is our aim but not a guarantee. Over 95% of repairs are dispatched the same day. iPhoneFixUK will contact you if there is a delay on repair.
Do it yourself parts/ accessories: If you choose to purchase goods from iPhoneFixUK, this will need to be paid for in full before dispatch.
Apple Guarantee: Once any repair is made on the iPhone, your standard Apple Guarantee will be void.
Returns: As a consumer, you have a right to cancel any purchase and return for a refund. For goods not faulty, return delivery and initial delivery charge will be held with the customer. Any faulty goods will have a full refund along with any return postage charges.
