What happens next? Once you have placed the order with us, an email notification is sent to you with full instructions of how and where to post your device to (or see contact page for shop address). When we receive your device, one of our technicians will start a pre inspection report to test basic functions of your iPhone before work is carried out. We don't need your sim card but please provide us with what network your phone is on so full tests can be ran after repair. After the repair is complete, another test is carried out ensuring the iPhone is functioning correctly. When passed you will receive an email with your tracking code and your iPhone will be back on its way home!

iPhone repair, iPad repairs, how to guide

  1. Order and pay for repair (any major credit/ debit card via our secured payment provider SagePay)
  2. Post your device to us. (Email confirmation with instructions is sent but our postal shop address is: iPhoneFixUK, 5 Manor Corner, Manor Rd, Paignton, TQ32JB)
  3. Once received, we fully inspect your item prior to any work being carried out, repair the issue then carry out a final inspection/ test.
  4. We package and dispatch back to you - over 95% are returned the day they arrive to us!
  5. Following day, your device is back fully repaired!


  • Monday: Customer orders a repair and places in the post
  • Tuesday: We receive, repair, inspect and re dispatch Tuesday afternoon
  • Wednesday: Item is with you!

At every stage your iPhone/ iPad etc is fully insured and trackable... you can even see your parcels exact location once we've dispatched it!
